Jungle Aquarium Salt is ideal for tropical fish and goldfish. Not only will it reduce stress of the fish in your aquarium but it also adds beneficial electrolytes that your fish need. The Jungle Aquarium Salt will also clean aquariums and accessories. Directions: To condition water and reduce stress, use one level teaspoon (15 g) for each 10 U.S. gallons (40 l) of aquarium water. For goldfish bowls add ¼ teaspoon (1.25 g) for each U.S. gallon (4 l). To promote recovery from fish diseases use with Jungle fish care remedies at the rate of one tablespoon (15 g) for each 5 U.S. gallons (20 l) of aquarium water. To safely clean aquariums and accessories dissolve 6 tablespoons (90 g) in a quart (1 l) of water and use as a soak or rinse. Stubborn spots can be removed from glass by rubbing the area with a moistened Jungle Algae remover aquarium cleaning pad sprinkled with Jungle Aquarium Salt. Rinse with fresh water after use. To hatch brine shrimp eggs, use the recommended amount of jungle aquarium salt as instructed on the eggs package.
